By plane

The airport shuttle (line 120) is an easy link between the airport and Montpellier city centre: Place de l’Europe where you can easily take bus or train. Shuttle trip takes around 15 min for a low fare (1.60 €).

Marseille Provence Airport could be an interesting alternative for some destinations. Montpellier is easily reachable from Marseille by train, 20 daily direct trains (travelling time: 1h35).

By train

The train station and all other forms of transport (trams, bus and taxi) are all just a stone’s throw away from the city center. TGV and RENFE give direct access right to the heart of Montpellier and close to Mercure hotel. They are now two train station in Montpellier, please choose Montpellier St Roch train station!

By car

Montpellier is served by A9/A709 and A75 motorways. There are different motorways slip roads to the city (Sorties 28-31). Choose Sortie Est (29) for Hotel Mercure Montpellier Centre Comédie and historical center.

By bus

Montpellier can be reached from different French and European cities by bus.
